Organization Description:
Turning Point USA (TPUSA) at Gulf Shores High School empowers students to think independently and engage in meaningful dialogue about government, economics, and personal freedom. The club’s mission is to educate students on the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government—values central to a free society. Welcoming students from all political perspectives, TPUSA fosters open and respectful discussions on current events, policy issues, and civic responsibility. Members meet several times a month to analyze political topics and participate in social gatherings.
TPUSA is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a presence on over 2,500 campuses. All marketing materials are provided by TPUSA, and the GSHS chapter is not financially sponsored by Gulf Shores City Schools.
